Anti cellulite cream, how does it work,
and will it work for you?

Cellulite Cream? Kind of...

Here are the facts.

The only way you'll know if a cream is going to work for you is to try it.

However, I can tell you that many people report positive results when using anti cellulite creams.

They also report that you need to keep using them or the effect goes away.

I haven't tried a cellulite cream as yet, but if you have, I'd certainly be interested in hearing about your experience.

In the mean time let's have a look at what I've found out about anti cellulite cream.

Anti Cellulite creams have been around for years in various shapes and forms, let's take a look at what they say thay can do.

• Fatty deposits are broken up
• Circulation is stimulated getting rid of fluid deposits
• Water retention is reduced
Cellulite Cream? Yes! • Skin is firmed and tightened
• Collagen and elastin fibres are stronger
• Fat cells are reduced in size


Let's Re-Visit Cellulite For A Moment
Inside your fab body you have something called connective tissue.

This tissue acts as a net, holding everything in close and smooth.

What can happen is the connective tissue becomes damaged. The fibres can harden and then become baggy allowing the fat to bulge up and out, creating the appearance of cellulite.

OK, so we know what it looks like and why, but what creates all this swelling and damage?

In short, circulatory damage and a build up of waste and fluid.

The damage and fluid retention can be caused by one or a combination of the following:
• Lifestyle
• Diet
• Activity Level
• Age
• Genetics
• Hormones

So can creams help these problems?

Reports say they can, but you have to keep using the cream otherwise the effect is only temporary. I'm sure you'll agree that sometimes temporary is good enough. If you want to try one here are a few suggestions.

A Little More Detail For You?

Before you leap into a cellulite cream cure, here is a list of the activating ingredients that are thought to be the most effective.

The list isn't exhaustive but covers the major players.

I'll take mine with cream... Caffeine
Thought to tighten blood vessels and enhance fat metabolism as well as reduce the swelling you get around the fat, so the skin appears smoother.


Again, I'll take mine with cream...CoffeeBerry
CoffeeBerry is the fruit of the plant which produces the coffee bean.



Cells, slipping and sliding...Aminophylline
Aminophylline is thought to cause a chemical reaction that changes fat cells into fatty acids that slide through cell membranes into the bloodstream, it also has a smoothing effect on your skin. It must be kept away from heat and used quickly.


A stethoscope - circulation, sorry it was the best I could do...Retinol
Retinol is used to improve the thickness of, and circulation to, the skin. Retinoid or Vitamin A derivatives can be destroyed when exposed to light so apply retinol based cream at night.


Thankfully my skin cells aren't this color, not that there's anything wrong with that...AHA (Alpha Hydroxy Acids)
AHA helps accelerate the removal of the superficial layer of dead cells.

Citric, Tartaric and Phytic acids derived from fruits and plants are thought to help improve the tone and texture of skin in cellulite prone areas.



Did they mean sushi?Seaweed
Seaweed is used in two ways to fight cellulite. You can spread it in some form on to your problem area, or you can add it to your diet. It's thought to increase the fat burning rate and reduce fluid retention.


OK, now we've covered all of that you may still think cream is a bad idea, and if that's the case you can always give my strategy a try.
