In order for a 15 minute workout to work, it needs to be quite intense, so if you decide to go for it, brace yourself!


Let's Get Started Now!!

1. Second Best Butt Exercise Ever - The Squat - Blast That FabulousButt! "Guy" is clearly in a hurry - you aren't, so nice and slow...
Instructions:
1. Stand in front of a chair or the edge of your bed.
2. Sit back with your hips as if you're going to sit down.
3. Stay in control during the movement.
4. Put your hands where-ever is comfortable for you. Rest for 30 seconds between the next 2 sets.



2. Forward Lunge, another great butt exercise. Go Slow - Toned Thighs and Butt!!
Instructions:
1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Step foward with one foot and bend your knees into a lunge position. Your back knee should come close to touching the ground and your front leg should be bent to about 90 degrees at the knee.
3. Maintain your upright posture throughout the movement.
4. Return to the starting position and repeat. Complete one set of 15 on the right leg, and then one set of 15 on the left. Rest for 30 seconds and then repeat for the alst 2 sets.



3. 'Best Butt Exercises' - Static Lunge, You Got It, Slooow - Tighten That Butt & Thighs!
Instructions:
1. Start in a lunge position.
2. Lower your back leg until your knee touches the floor.
2. Now raise your back knee one inch off the floor and you will feel the muscles in your glute (butt!) and the inside of your knee contract.
3. This is the starting position. Slowly raise yourself up by extending both legs all the time feeling for the tension in the 2 muscles, the second you lose tension (it won't be long), pause and then slowly return to the starting position. Don't worry if it doesn't feel as though you're doing it perfectly, as long as your glute (butt Muscle) is working you'll be fine. Rest for 30 seconds and then repeat for the last 2 sets.



4. Slow Lateral Squat - Fabulous Inner Thighs!!
Instructions:
1. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Start by stepping to the right with your right foot and proceed into a squat.
3. Return to the standing position with your feet shoulder width apart.
4. Now step to your left with your left foot and proceed into a squat.
5. Return to the starting position and repeat. 3 sets of 15 with a 30 second rest between sets.



5. Calf Raise & Glute Contraction - Fabulous Calves and a FabulousButt, but get them slowly!!
Instructions:
1. Start by standing on one leg with your other leg bent to 90 degrees.
2. Slowly stand up onto the ball of your foot and squeeze your glute while completing this movement.
3. Place your hand on your glute to help activate the glute muscle. Make sure you get a strong contraction and then return to the floor and repeat for the desired repetitions.
4. This exercise may take a little practice before you can get a good glute contraction.



6. One of 'Best Butt Exercises' more restful exercises...Lateral Leg Raise, nice and slow.
Instructions:
1. Lay on your right side, resting your upper body weight on your elbow.
Using your hand for balance, lift your left leg upward as high as is comfortably possible.
2. Hold for 5 seconds and slowly lower to starting position.
3. Repeat for 25 (sorry a bit extra here) repetitions and then repeat with the other leg. Rest for 30 seconds between the last 2 sets.



7. Inner & Outer Thigh - Smooth Tight Thighs!! (I'll understand if this awkward 'Best Butt Exercise' causes you to frown!)
Instructions:
1. Lie on your side and lean up on your elbow. Place your top foot over your lower thigh.
2. Maintain this position and raise your lower leg keeping it straight.
3. Repeat 25 (yes extra work again) times, and then with the other leg. Rest for 30 seconds between the final to sets.


Take a minute, have drink, stand tall, shoulders back, stomach in and ONWARD to the final 3 Best Butt Exercises!!!!!

8. Single Leg Kickbacks - Another Butt Blaster!! Keep it slow and controlled...
Instructions:
1. Start in a four point position with your hands and knees on the ground.
2. Proceed to kick your leg back and up until you reach full extension.
3. Squeeze your glute muscle while performing this movement.
4. Left leg and then right leg.
5. Rest for 30 seconds between the last 2 sets. For a more advanced movement you can attach an ankle weight.



9. Butt & Thighs Again - Don't Forget To Hold Your Stomach in!! Did I mention to keep it as slow as you can...
Instructions:
1. Start by kneeling on all fours.
2. Keeping your hips level bring one leg out to the side. Think of the movement a dog does with a fire hydrant.
3. Maintain your posture and balance and don't lean to the side while doing this exericse. Your back should stay nice and flat.
4. Repeat for 15 reps, and then do the other leg. Rest for 30 seconds between the last 2 sets.



10. The Very Best Fabulous Butt Exercise - Last One!! Oh, by the way, sloowwww...
Instructions:
1. Begin the best ever butt exercise by lying on your back, knees bent, and feet on the floor. Extend your arms out to steady yourself.
2. Squeeze buttocks and raise your hips and lower back off the floor to form a straight line from your knees to your chest. Do not arch your back.
3. Hold for 5-10 seconds and slowly return to starting position. Relax for 3 seconds.
4. Repeat 15 times. Rest for 30 seconds between the last 2 sets.


Finished - Brilliant!!
