Are butt-exercises all that difficult?
No, but having a flabby butt is!!

You'll look great in these with your fabulous new butt...!Let's face it, you and I both know that the fab-butt solution involves exercise, end of story.

Sitting on your butt and thinking about it will certainly get you a result, but definitely not the one you want!

So, are you going to dream about having a fabulous butt, or are you going to turn your attention to creating your own fabulous butt?

You can start right now, the best butt and leg exercises, and that includes thighs and calves, are all demonstrated here. I'll also give you some 'When Using Weights' tips.

It's Easy - Simply Follow This 3 Step Process
Fabulous Butt Red Alert! 1. Choose a Workout (The one below works fine!)
2. Apply it enthusiastically and relentlessly for at least 6 weeks
3. Assess the results, adjust as necessary

To get you started here are my favorite stretches, (do them both before or after your butt-exercises)Quadriceps Stretch and the best butt-exercises I know. I do them at least 3 times a week, sometimes 4!!!

Start with your stretching by focusing on the muscle in the front of your thigh, the quadriceps muscle, take care not to put too much stress on the kneecap. Hold the stretch for 20-30 seconds, pressing your foot into your hand.Hamstring Stretch

Next give the Hamstring a good stretch, always start gently. Lean over your leg to extend the stretch, again hold for 20-30 seconds.

Back & Butt Stretch And finally, a relaxing back and butt stretch, lovely. This will loosen your lower body up nicely for those fabulous butt-exercises.


6 Crucial Guidelines
Perform each of the following 10 butt-exercises (demonstrations just below) sticking closely to these 6 crucial guidelines:

1. Three sets of 15 repetitions for each exercise
2. Perform each exercise slowly and carefully
3. Focus your mind totally on the muscle or area that you're working
4. Don't lock your joints, keep your elbows and knees soft, it will protect them.
5. Drink water before, during and after exercise.
6. Be tough, be strong and be determined!!

Three sets may prove too tough when you begin, stick with it, it will get easier. If you feel pain or discomfort (other than the effort you are making!!) stop, if you injure yourself you won’t be able to do your butt-exercises tomorrow.

Demonstrations Follow...LETS GO!! Sorry it's a guy, I call him "Guy", showing you...

1. Squat - Blast That FabulousButt! Guy is in a hurry - but you aren't, so nice and slow...tense your fabulous butt as you come up
Instructions:
1. Stand in front of a chair or the edge of your bed.
2. Sit back with your hips as if you're sitting down.
3. Stay in control during the movement.
4. Pause at the top of the squat and tense your butt for a few seconds.


2. Forward Lunge, Slowly - Toned Thighs and Butt!!
Instructions:
1. Start by standing with your feet shoulder width apart.
2. Step foward with one foot and bend your knees into a lunge position. Your back knee should come close to touching the ground and your front leg should be bent to about 90 degrees at the knee.
3. Maintain your upright posture throughout the movement.
4. Return to the starting position and repeat. Once repetitions are completed then repeat with the other leg.

Fabulous Butt Red Alert!3 Vital 'When Using Weights' Tips
You might want to use ankle weights or small dumb-bells, and they will give you a more intense workout. But if you perform your exercises with consistency and focus, stick with common-sense nutrition and include cardio in your workouts, you won't need to use them.

1. Move the weight slowly and deliberately, don't swing or drop the weight, lift it slowly and lower it slowly.
2. Respect the weight as it can hurt you so only increase your weights gradually.
3. Always use perfect form, if you can't, the weight is too heavy.
