Quite Simply, Cardio Workouts Will
Propel You To Success!

But most important of all is…
the type of cardio that you do!

FabulousLegs (well pretty good legs) Red Alert...! You need to take careful note of this.

Now let's take a look at my legs after a few months of running, and between you and me my shorts are a totally new thing for me, I used to hide my legs in long pants!

You need to look at my before and after pictures, to see why, but believe me these legs are amazingly smoother than they were before I started running...thank goodness!

Prior to that I'd been power walking for years with very poor results.

But here's the thing, I was running in the small town I live in and it's very hilly, and I'd always push myself up those hills.

I'd get to the top thoroughly exhausted and blowing like an old pack-horse,this turned out to be the crucial factor in my cardio work-out.

The Light Comes On At Last!!

What I finally (duh) figured out was that I was inadvertently giving myself an intense, interval workout.

I was able to do this even though I had to jog slowly as I have a problem knee and it flares up if I run too fast. The point I'm making here is that you may need to adapt or modify something, but don't make excuses and sit on your butt doing nothing!!

What If I’ve Never Walked, Let Alone Jogged!!
If you’ve never jogged start your cardio strategy by walking…

• 6 times a week for a minimum of 20 minutes
• At least once during your walk speed up and break a sweat. • Warm up before and after with some simple stretches.

Best Cardio Exercises

FabulousButt cardio exercise! Okay, now let's get down to business. The best cardio exercise involves one of two strategies.

Best Cardio Workout Ever - Interval Training
Jog or walk for a short time or distance, and then sprint or hill climb, repeat for 15 minutes. For example:

• Walk or jog for one minute
• Sprint or hill climb for 30 seconds
• Repeat the intervals until the time is completed

You could use equal intervals, or whatever you prefer. The goal is to work hard, take a short rest, work hard, take a short rest. I can't stress this strongly enough, but the secret is to work hard during the intense portion of the workout, and be honest with yourself about how much effort you are making.

Remember What Your Goal Is!
FabulousButt Red Alert! Don't forget, a fabulousbutt with fabulous legs right beneath it! But make no mistake about it, jogging will get you to your goal faster than walking.

But don’t get me wrong, you'll still achieve great results even if you can’t, or prefer not to jog, it will just take a little longer.

Sadly you'll need to pay far more attention to your dietLegs at the cupboard looking for food! if you're walking and not jogging. You'll notice I've managed to walk to the kitchen cupboard for food!

Jogging is very forgiving if you have the odd slip up in your eating plan…(can’t think who I mean!).

If results are slow, or non-existent, again, review and then modify whatever isn't working. It may be exercise or it may be nutrition.
