Consistent, constructive and serious action will get you your fabulousbutt. Apply the following regularly, rigorously and relentlessly:
Lower body exercises
Upper body exercises
Core (ab) exercises
Cardio - 15 minute interval workouts are best!
Sensible, healthy, constructive nutrition.
And yes, you do have to make an effort and you do have to do some work. But you also get to admire and show off that fabulousbutt once you have it!!

12 Things to Avoid or at Least Minimize!
Different strategies work for different people, but I'm just a mere mortal and have found there are some things I just have to avoid, and here they are:
Smoking
Inactivity - move yourself
Excessive alcohol (1 glass is OK occasionally)
Junk food or takeaways
Food that is loaded with saturated fat (pizza - sob)
Food that has hydrogenated fat on the label
Any type of processed food (loaded with additives!)
Deep fried foods
Food that is loaded with sugar (eg health bars, cereal...)
Missing meals
Over eating and stuffing yourself at meals
Energy drinks loaded with sugar or caffeine

14 Things to Indulge in or at Least Enjoy!
Eat food that's close to the source, (close to nature) eat little and often, rather than large and occasionally (it's food I'm talking about here). Just remember, no matter what or when you eat, if you take in more fuel than you burn, the excess fuel will be stored somewhere!
Plenty of water (include plenty of
delicious green tea
)
Fresh vegetables
Fresh fruit
Grains that havent been processed to death
Home made bread and soup
Dairy products that remain as close to their source as possible
Fish, chicken and meat that remain close to their source
Your own feast-like creations made with close to the source products
Regular meals (Don't skip, then stuff)
Carbohydrates and Proteins together!!
Home baking you know whats in that (avoid margarine)
Dark chocolate
(its good for you in small doses)
Green tea very refreshing
Occasional glass of wine
Occasional dream meal (this is part of good living too!)

Go through your cupboards and refrigerator right now and throw out as much processed, instant and convenience food as you can. Don't eat it! Throw it away. Do it now and you'll be thrilled with the feelings of accomplishment and progress you experience!!
