My Workable and Enjoyable Eating Strategy
You'll need to do a bit of trial and error in order to find what works for you. I could go on and on, but this is what works for me. Of course, the amount of food I eat is based on the exercise that you'll find in the chart below. This chart is part of your free diet and exercise plan.
• Eat your biggest meal at the beginning of the day.
• Stay under your calorie allowance 5 days of the week, sorry still working on getting a chart - I stay under 1400.
• One day a week relax and eat what you feel like.
• Once a week have a low calorie day, I have 1200, to balance out any cheating, (I wonder who she means?)
If you totally deny yourself, you may give in to temptation and blow the good work you’ve done. Bacon, eggs, chocolate and green tea every day prevents my blow out. Here's how easy it is, just modify or substitute my plan to make it work for you!
| Breakfast | Bacon, Eggs, Toast, Butter, Jam, Tea, Water | About 450 calories and 40 carbs |
| Morning Tea | Bran, Chocolate, Green Tea, Water | About 100 calories and 5-10 carbs |
| Lunch | Mixed Salad, Dressing, Chicken or Tuna, Water. I sometimes leave a little for afternoon tea. | About 300 calories, and a few carbs. |
| Afternoon Tea | Green Tea and Leftovers | No calories in green tea |
| Dinner | Grilled Chicken, Mixed Green and red Salad or Vegetables, Favorite Sauce, Water | About 300 calories and a few carbs |
| Supper | 6 Squares of Dark – Over 65% Cocoa Chocolate, Green Tea | About 180 calories, but how delicious they are |
| One Day A Week | Relax and have whatever you feel like! | Who cares about the calories – live a little, but don’t go too mad! |

In essence, slow jogging, lifting a few weights, working my butt and good clean eating gave me miraculous results. Here is my workout routine, I love it and I hope you do too.
