Now don't get the wrong idea here, I do have a point, and it's that one small distraction can lead to another.
So remember to focus on your goal, which I assume is the same as mine - to get rid of cellulite and have a fabulousbutt - yes? So let's get down to business and start getting rid of your cellulite. But don't just take my word for it,

• Write down your average week days food and drink
