Low Carb Chocolate...
Can It Be True??

Yes, and best of all...
you get to have it every day!

What a combination...!

Believe it or not, low carb chocolate, dark, delicious, low carb chocolate, is good for you!

What more could you ask for?

And as a cellulite solution dark chocolate, is right up there at the top.

Hard to believe as this may be, you can achieve a smaller, more shapely rear-end by including chocolate in your daily eating.

Let me explain.

Denying yourself your favorite foods, simply makes the whole 'exercise' and 'watching your diet' process harder than it needs to be. By allowing yourself a small amount of delish chocolate every day, the whole process becomes a lot easier.

Meaning you are more likely to stick with it than rebel!

How Dark Chocolate Aids Your Weight Loss

FabulousChoc Alert!Sounds impossible I know, but once you come to grips with eating and exercising right, you'll see how eating chocolate and having a sexy butt can be possible.

It's true, take a look at my before and after cellulite pictures , I made those remarkable improvements while eating chocolate every day!

Now of course the chocolate I was eating was very dark, over 60% sometimes 70% cacao. I usually went for the 60% as the other was a little strong for me.

My favorite late night eating habit is to have my chocolate and a cup of green tea in bed. The tea somehow elevates the whole thing to a healthful and health giving experience, which is exactly how it feels too!

But this isn't just my opinion, the benefits of dark chocolate are well researched and documented, here are a few of them.

7 Benefits of Delicious, Dark Chocolate
Sourced from nature and made from plants, chocolate contains over 250 different chemicals. It is believed to provide all of the benefits of a dark leafed plant and as well as that chocolate...

1.    ...can lift your mood. The smell of dark, low carb chocolate is believed to increase theta brain waves, resulting in a relaxed state of mind.

2.    ...contains phenyl ethylamine, a mild mood elevator.

3.   ...contains flavanoids which help maintain healthy blood vessels.

4.   ...increases anti-oxidant levels.

5.   ...lowers blood pressure.

6.   ...contains stearic fat, a neutral fat which doesn't raise bad      cholesterol.

7.   ...contains the stimulant caffeine but in such small quantities that it      doesn't cause excitability. (I don't know about that, it seems to work      on me before I eat my chocolate!!)

Sorry, A Tiny Bit Of Bad News
FabulousButt Red Alert! You can’t eat it until you're ready to burst. Simply allow yourself one ounce, or roughly 30 gms, and keep it for your weakest time time of the day.

Get a small set of scales and weigh your chocolate, this way you'll get it right and you'll feel really good about yourself. FabulousChoc Alert!

You've taken control, and you're not denying yourself the things you love.

Of course for non chocolate lovers, (yikes, is there such a thing?), there are other options for snacks late at night.

Low carb protein bars for one, just watch the calorie content and the carb content. For some reason carbs eaten late at night stick to my body like glue, and maybe yours too!

FabulousButt Red Alert! You Are In Control
But no matter what you choose to snack on, the secret to success is to have an eating and exercise program in place. One you've thought about, and most importantly, one that includes something you love to eat, maybe delicious low carb chocolate!!
