Weight loss exercises... Do yours actually work?
Honestly, are you fed up with exercising and getting no result? Here I am after a 7km run, a weight loss exercise that does work! And here's my new
shorter work-out
that also works, give both of my work-outs a try and decide which is best for you.
Don’t make the same mistake I did and stick with exercise programs that just don’t work, for me that was walking. All that happens is that you become discouraged and give up.

Upper Body Exercises That Work - Demonstrations
Best upper body, weight loss exercises
involve working the back, the chest (simple arm exercises done correctly also give the back and chest a good workout) and the arms. Who doesn’t want a toned back, firm chest (you know what I mean) and shapely arms? I know I do.
A great butt is a wonderful thing to have, a thing of pride and beauty, but a great body, well that puts you in an entirely different league, doesn’t it?
And as a bonus, while you're working on your top half you'll also be flexing and tensing those hip, thigh and butt muscles, so don’t think you're wasting butt exercise time, you're not!
Lower Body Weight Loss Exercises That Work - Demonstrations
Best lower body, weight loss exercises
involve working the butt (now we’re getting serious aren’t we!), the hips, thighs and calves. Don’t forget those calves.
It’s all very well having a great butt, but if you have shapeless calves down below it the effect is somewhat diminished. And worse, not even
stilettos
can disguise chunky, shapeless calves - I know!!
Make sure you exercise the entire lower half of you, happily these fabulous weight loss butt exercises bring in the legs and hips, so you get a good workout for the whole area.
Core (Ab)Weight Loss Exercises That Work - Demonstrations
Core or ab exercises
chiefly involve working the abdominal area.
Your core muscles, or abdominal muscles, are not only involved in flattening your abs, they have other important functions as well.
• For the serious athlete (could be you) they serve as a point for the power you develop in your hips and legs, to be transferred into your arms and vice versa.
• Strong core muscles help to protect your back from potential injuries associated with any extreme effort.
• A strong core also helps with balance and co-ordination, very important when showing off your fabulous new butt in your fabulous stilettos!!
Cardio Weight Loss Exercises That Work Fast!!
Cardio or Aerobic exercise
involves breathing hard for a set period of time! I've just done that for 7km, and I've managed to stumble a bit closer to the kitchen. Ruthie has come out to greet me, probably keen to get to the bacon as well!
Seriously though, the greatest impact on my cellulite has been from running! After years of 'power walking', I realised that my cellulite was as bad as ever. When I woke up to where I was going right, the walking habit was the first to go, and guess what, my cellulite started to go as well.
If results are slow, or non-existent, again, review and then modify whatever isn't working. It may be exercise or it may be
nutrition.
